But if on the second day there were no problems (heaviness in the stomach, flatulence, other unpleasant sensations), then almost certainly you will normally "sit out" on a watermelon diet for the entire necessary period.

There are no restrictions on the time of eating - you can eat watermelon at any time. You can drink unlimited watermelon diet for five days only ordinary water (preferably non-carbonated and non-mineralized - it does not aggravate the feeling of hunger) or green tea.

After the end of the watermelon diet, another "watermelon diet" is recommended for 10 days:

- For breakfast and lunch - unsweetened cereals on the water (oatmeal is best), lean meat (fish, poultry), vegetable salads without fat dressing, a little cheese.

- For dinner - a good portion of watermelon (at the rate of 1 kg of pulp per 30 kg of body weight) 4 hours before bedtime.
